Top industry organizations such as ACCA talk about the importance of a properly installed system.
Your new system comes with a warranty from the manufacturer for X amount of years. They do this to gain your trust and show you that they stand behind their product. Commonly, many New Hampshire HVAC contractors and plumbers will throw a 1/2/3 year labor warranty to show they stand behind their installation. But if your contractor is standing behind the product they are installing, shouldn’t they match the manufacturer's warranty? We think so.
Every system installation that we complete comes with a matched labor warranty. If the manufacturer gives a 12-year parts warranty, we’ll give you a 12-year labor warranty. WOW, right? We can do this because, at GSMS, we do not install any and all manufacturers. As part of our promise, before we install a product it goes through a rigorous inspection and tear-down by our team. We know a product inside and out before we offer it to you. That is why we can match our labor warranty to your new system because we stand behind the product AND our commitment to a proper installation.
