I found the lennox smart hub to be failed. I tested all of the comm signals and they were good. I have had this before with a bad hub so I replaced it with a new generation. I tested the system and it is working correctly now. Thank you.

Atmospheric vent seemed to be stuck. Also possible grease buildup in trap. I flushed my drain cleaner and replaced the vent. Everything is draining great. I also found the basket strainer gasket to have a slow leak. I tightened that up! Thank you!

I replaced the two check valves and circulator pump on the Rinnai tank less water heater according to the rep. Please let us know if the noise goes away. I also collected another water sample to drop off. Thank you.

GSMS HomeClub heating maintenance on both Lennox Signature Series furnaces. Everything looks great. New air filter in each system. Shock well, follow instructions on sheet. I also replaced the crossover valve for the Rinnai tankless water heater system.

While performing the 4000 hour maintenance on your Rinnai combi boiler I noticed that the following components/ parts need to be replaced due to failure: boiler expansion tank, boiler relief valve, and boiler electronic water pressure sensor. Both isolation valves started leaking when I shut the valves off as required by the service manual. I exercised the valves on and off a few times and it is not leaking. Keep your eye on it and if it starts leaking it will need to be replaced. The condensation drain pan had an extreme crystallized mineral buildup that required tedious work to scrape off in order to ensure that the new gasket would seal properly when reinstalled. I reassembled all of the components with the new gaskets that came with the 4000 maintenance kit. When performing the startup the 3 way valve was not opening. I removed the solenoid and opened it manually. When I reinstalled the solenoid it opened and closed as required by the boiler heating demand, ie domestic hot water vs

Adjusted the faucet for optimal water flow and repaired a critical issue with the kitchen drain. The drain had become disconnected from the trap, causing significant water leakage inside the cabinet. Reconnected the trap securely and checked for any additional leaks. Ensured the drain assembly was properly sealed to prevent future issues. After thorough testing, the faucet delivers consistent water flow, and the kitchen drain is functioning without leaks.
