Installed tiger loop
No heat oil furnace. I found that the oil was not being pumped out. I had no oil pressure. I bleed the lines and the pump was still producing no pressure. I purged the oil lines with a vacuum hand oil pump and then replaced the oil pump. I put a new tank filter on as well. I checked combustion and setup oil pressure. Thank you!
The maintenance on your York warm air propane furnace went well. We recommend replacing the coupling in the furnace. It is worn. The heat issue you are experiencing is likely caused by the burners corroding. Sometimes it will burn off in the beginning of the season. We will send a price over to replace the burners. We replaced the air filter today. Thank you!

Removal and proper recycling of existing oil tank. New Roth oil tank will be installed to provide oil service to furnace. Oil line will also be replaced with new coated copper line secured with hangers. Price includes materials, labor, and permits and inspections.
Fixed Rinnai wood frame and vibration noise on second floor drastically improved. I mounted it to the foundation instead of the floor joists. I also lowered the pump speed from high to low to improve the whooshing noise the clients were hearing. The record mode is still in comfort mode.
Existing system will be removed with safe disposal set-up through the home's basement access. New system installed with Air Bear Filtration System utilizing 5" thick filter. Supply and return plenums re-worked to fit new system. Outside unit to be in same location. Gas piping installed from proposed gas tank location into home to supply gas furnace and designed with a tee at basement penetration for allowance to expand in the future. Tee also installed at exterior for gas generator installation. BTU's need to be known on generator to properly design and confirm gas pricing. ZoneFirst Zoning system installed to separate first floor from second floor with individual damper control. Existing Ecobee reused for first floor, standard programmable thermostat installed for second floor. Additional supply register installed in great room bump out to provide additional airflow for space.

Replace existing single-zone mini-split system with a new two-zone mini-split system to provide cooling and supplemental heating for the living room and the second-floor main bedroom. Existing Fujitsu system will be properly removed and recycled. Existing penetration will be re-used from exterior. Any interior drywall repair from where the existing Fujitsu unit was is the responsibility of the client. The electrical circuit will be modified to meet the requirements of the new system. Outdoor unit will shift to the left to move away from the dryer vent. A single-zone hyper-heat system will be installed to provide cooling and heating for the front sitting room where the wood stove is located. Electrical circuit will be installed off of the main panel. A service outlet will be added for code.
