Relocation of your gas furnace's venting. Currently, a concentric vent kit penetrates the exterior and directly blows onto the condensing unit. Due to the acidity of the exhaust air, corrosion and premature damage will be caused to the condensing unit. The concentric kit will be removed and converted to a traditional two-pipe system. We will utilize the same penetration (adding a second hole) for the pipes to come out of. They will follow a "snorkel" design, allowing us to lift the exhaust above the condensing unit, allowing the exhaust air to pass the condensing unit and then dissipate.

The cut cleaning went great. We cleaned each first floor supply and return duct. We also cleaned the dryer vent. We took before and after videos and everything looks great!
Your first GSMS HomeClub visit was great. I performed the heating maintenance on your two stage Lennox Elite furnace. I had to adjust both the high and low fire gas pressures. I had to fix the condensate trap vent height. I had to replace the capacitor for the inducer motor. Other than that everything looks great.
Everything went great. I did have to adjust the propane pressure to the house as it was too low for the furnace. I replaced your air filter with one of the new ones you bought. Make sure to check that filter in 2 months to see if it is dirty!
Repaired a Lennox gas furnace today. The unit wasn’t producing heat due to a faulty inducer motor. I replaced the motor with an OEM part and cleaned the flame sensor to ensure reliable ignition. After repairs, I tested the furnace’s cycle, ensuring that the blower and ignition systems were functioning properly. The furnace is now heating efficiently.
