The maintenance was completed on both Buderus natural gas boilers. Everything went well. The expansion tank for the second floor system needs replacing, the first floor/ basement system needs 2 new hyvents and a new relief valve. We also noticed two old grease pack gas valves that should be replaced. We made separate estimates for all repairs. Thank you!
The maintenance on your Lennox natural gas furnace went well. I recommend replacing the inducer motor due to a noise that it makes when running. It sounds like the bearings are failing. I recommend replacing the burners because they are corroded on the end and could cause issues with ignition. I recommend cleaning the ductwork on the first floor.

The GSMS HomeClub heating visit was completed today. We serviced your Dave Lennox Signature Series natural gas furnace. There are no repairs required everything looked great. The Lennox PureAir was still clean and the UV light has until May of 2025. We replaced the humidifier pad. Thank you!
During the maintenance on your Weil McLain gold natural gas boiler we discovered a water leak on the heat exchanger. We are working with our distributor on this warranty issue. We will update you as soon as we hear back from them. Thank you.

A boiler maintenance was performed on your Burnham natural gas boiler. I cleaned the burners and vacuumed the combustion box. I checked and adjusted the manifold pressure to the burners as it was a little high. I checked the combustion levels in the exhaust and they were good. I recommend replacing a few boiler components as well as the old grease style gas supply valve. The old valves are not to code anymore and can create a gas leak. I have emailed the estimate over! I was called to a home to repair a boiler that was not working. I found that the boiler was low on water and the relief valve was leaking. I replaced the relief valve and refilled the boiler with fresh water. I also purged the air from both zones of the boiler.
The maintenance on your Goodman natural gas two state furnace went well. There are no repair recommendations. I adjusted both the high and low gas manifold pressures. I vacuumed the inside and removed a piece of insulation that had come loose from the inside of the furnace.
