**Three hot water fixtures can run at the same time** Replacement of existing tank style water heater with a tankless water heater to provide reliable and endless hot water to the home. Water heater will be re-located to the exterior wall by the bulkhead, as discussed. A wall will be built to sit in front of the drainage piping to hold the new water heater. Venting will penetrate the exterior to allow for fresh air and exhaust piping. The primary location for the venting is on the backside of the home, to the right of the bulkhead. If that location cannot be achieved, the venting will be installed on the side of the home. Water lines will be brought over to the new location. The gas line will be adapted off of the existing 1-1/4" to run over to the new location. Our electrical team will install the power required for the new heater. A sprinkler head will be installed to meet Merrimack building code.

I started off with vacuuming the inside of the furnace and the return box. I replaced the air filter. Next, I checked wiring connections and everything looked good. I noticed that there was water below the secondary heat exchanger collection box. I was able to locate a crack in the box. After that, I checked my incoming gas pressure and it was in range. Next, I ran the unit and checked the outgoing gas pressure and no adjustment was needed. Lastly, I performed a combustion test to test the CO, CO2 and oxygen levels, everything was in range. I notified the client that the collection box was leaking and needed to be replaced. I got the new collection box, gasket and then installed it. Lastly, I made sure that there were no leaks. I performed one more combustion analyzer test and everything looked good.

Furnace 3 amp fuse popped. I checked for any 24v shorts in the system. None were present. I replaced the fuse and the system ran. I cycled the system a few times as well. My professional opinion is there is an intermittent short present within the control board. We will send a price to replace the board. I also reccomend replacing the system as well given it is 22 years old. I highly reccomend replacing your water heater. It has noticeable water corrosion damage on the top and it is 12-13 years old.

Burner on range needs a new surface burner. It is deteriorated which causes the unstable flame. Second floor heat loop is airbound. Expansion tank is failed. Replacement of expansion tank and purge air is necessary. Mini splits were good. I had all of them running on heat and had a 60 degree temperature split in the above garage bonus room. I think the inspector may have had it on cooling mode. The symbol for AC is a snowflake which looks like the sun symbol for heating.

Everything was working when we arrived. We cycled the system and took tests and there was nothing that stood out. I noticed that at the thermostat the fan was set to on so I changed it to auto.

Flushed toilet with vigor mixture

Replace flow restrictor, install new humidifer housing with new humidifer pad, replace coroded saddle valve with a real angle valve. During the plumbing visit we found a waste line hanger that cane undone in the basement. We also reccomend adding a check valve to the p trap drain for your RO system. We found a failed expansion tank and replaced it.

Aqua sure water system

Furnace was turning on burners but not blower. No power out of blower control. Needs new board. Have temporary wired blower with a plug to run blower. We came back today and replaced the board. Everything went great. Thank you!

Check hot water heater and plumbing

I started off with replacing the 20x25x5 Air Bear filter. Next, I inspected the burners for corrosion and rust and they looked really good. I pulled out the flame sensor and I cleaned it. I then checked the blower motor capacitor and it was in spec. I checked all of the electrical connections and everything looked good. I flushed the condensate pump with cleaner. On the gas portion of the maintenance I checked the incoming gas pressure and it was within manufactures specs. Next, I checked the gas pressure going to the burners it was inspect as well. After that, I tightened, the bolts and leaked checked with an electronic leak detector. I measured the difference between the supply and return air temp and was getting 41°. The manufacture recommends 35 to 65°, so the temp split was perfect. Lastly, I performed a combustion test. The oxygen, CO and CO2 levels were good.

Install Moen Flo valve and home club inspection ,custom repair to install gfi outlet and wire

Replace heat exchanger and inducer motor. Parts covered under warranty. Labor is not.

Checked dishwasher for leaks could be pump.recommend call appliance company.No charge

I found a sooted heat exchanger caused by a failed inducer motor. Parts are under warranty. I will locate them tomorrow and call you.

3/4 hp blower motor and cap

I removed and cleaned the air eliminator seal. It is good now. All of the air is out of the system. Thank you!

Check furnace found bad blower motor,replaced gasket on right basket strainer

Diagnosed issue to be coil in fan relay. It was intermittent. I replaced fuse and cycled system. It did not blow again. I ordered a board just in case it goes again, which is likely. Thank you!
