I performed a flush on a Rinnai tankless water heater in Manchester, NH. The system had accumulated mineral deposits, reducing efficiency. I connected a pump to flush the heat exchanger with a descaling solution, clearing out the buildup. After completing the flush, I reconnected the water lines and tested the unit for proper operation. The Rinnai is now running efficiently, providing consistent hot water with improved energy performance. Regular flushing will help maintain the system’s longevity and prevent future issues.

The boiler is on and makes heat and hot water. However the 4000 hour maintenance needs to be completed, I did not have the kit on me. I made an estimate to complete a 4000 hour maintenance on the boiler. This price only covers the service of the boiler with the maintenance kit. The estimate price does not include other potential parts/ components that may need to be replaced.

When we went to put the humidifier into test mode the water solenoid would not turn on. I diagnosed the humidistat as being failed. Dedicated supply registers will be installed for each room: the bathroom, bedroom, open living/bar area, and unfinished storage room.
