The heating maintenance on your Lennox Signature Series propane furnace went well. There are no necessary repairs that we discovered. We replaced the whole home water filter today.
The GSMS HomeClub heating visit went well. New air filter and boiler inspected + cleaned. Boiler water treatment added to system. Magnetic filter opened and cleaned. Thank you! We will schedule an estimate for a mini split style system for your bedroom.
I started off with washing the outdoor unit. There was a lot of pollen on the coil so I started off with using a brush to get it off. I then rinsed it out with water and soap. I checked electrical connections and everything was good. Then I went inside and I changed the air filter which Luke supplied and I vacuum the air filter box. I then cleaned the coil inside and flushed the drain with drain cleaner. I checked indoor electrical connections and everything was good as well. I ran a system pressure check and everything was perfect.
I started off with washing the outdoor unit. I cleaned it with soap and water. Then I checked all the electrical connections and everything looked good. I then went inside and I cleaned the indoor coil with Dawn soap. I Flushed the trap with drain cleaner, vacuumed the air filter box and changed the filter supplied by the client. The electrical connections looked good. I did an overall system pressure check and the pressures were good. The client asked me to change out her sediment filter with a supplied filter by her so I changed it out.
