I found a loose wire to be the cause of the no heat issue. The unit is a condensing furnace installed in an unconditioned attic. The drain line needs a heat strip. The wiring should be gone through as the original installation is very poorly done.
The maintenance on your oil furnace and your ideal propane boiler went great today. There were no problems discovered. We replaced the humidifier pad on your aprilaire bypass humidifier.
Install a pressure reducing valve because the current house water pressure is too high. Set the building water pressure to 60psi. Replace expansion tank with corroded fitting and replace anode rod. We will also replace all of the burners on the furnace. Test everything for safe operation.
Today we completed a heating maintenance on your York affinity series furnace. The only repair we recommend and have quoted for you is to replace all of the burners. They are very corroded and we noticed that there appears to have been a flame rollout at some point. Other than that the furnace looks healthy. We also found the building water pressure to be too high so we went ahead and quoted you a pressure reducing valve.
Replacement of existing failed R-22 system with new R-410A Lennox high-efficiency A/C system. Existing furnace will remain in place. New ZoneFirst Zoning system with new dampers for zoning control will be installed to control the system. Two new basic programmable thermostats will also be installed. Electrical outlet on deck will serve as service receptacle per code for the outdoor unit. New unit will be placed in same location with new line set, electrical whip, and disconnect.
