Replace the worn out flue coupling and the inducer motor which has a failed seal. The Lennox parts warranty has expired.
I finished cleaning the outdoor unit. I pulled it apart and I cleaned it with soap and water. I checked all electrical connections and everything looked good. I did a system pressure check and everything was good. I found inside that the condensate pump kept popping the breaker in the outlet so the pump could either be shorted out Completely or the pump could be clogged, causing it to be shorting out. I told the client that the humidifier should have its own condensate pump to not overload the furnace pump. Before I left, I unplugged both cords out of the outlet.
Furnace Maintenance. Everything went well. You need a new inducer coupling and inducer motor. Both parts have failed seals. I will check for warranty status and get back to you.
