Replace two boiler air vents, boiler combination pressure + temperature gauge, and replace pilot flame gas supply tube.
During the inspection, I determined that the pilot flame tube needed replacement due to wear, along with the expansion tank, which was no longer functioning efficiently. I also recommended replacing the pressure and temperature gauge and two faulty boiler air vents to improve system performance. Additionally, I provided an estimate for adding a supply duct to redirect the cool discharge air from the water heater, which will help maintain consistent airflow and optimize energy efficiency throughout the system. All recommended repairs will ensure improved functionality and reliability.
