Replace Toilet with Kohler comfort height round bowl.
Replacement of existing failed York furnace. New high-efficiency 99% efficient gas-fired furnace will be installed. Current A/C coil will be supported to slide in the new furnace. Since we installed the Signature Collection A/C system, it is smart communicating equipment. We will install our Lennox Smart Zoning system which will allow for the thermostat to control each zone's airflow. This delivers the exact amount of heating or air we need per zone. This will require new thermostats installed - the main thermostat will be an s40 which will act as the "smart hub" of the system and the other zone will be a standard touchscreen Lennox thermostat. New zone dampers will be installed (as long as accessible) to bring zoning up to new installation for worry-free usage. New venting will be replaced due to age and condition. We will add fresh air to the system to bring up to standards. A Trion AirBear filtration unit will be installed on the return drop to allow for better filtration.

Tankless water heater flush. The flush removed buildup to restore efficiency and ensure smooth operation. While at the home we also troubleshot a faulty humidifier, identifying a clogged filter as the cause of poor performance. After flushing the heater and replacing the filter, both systems are running optimally, providing reliable hot water and improved indoor air quality.
Plumbing inspection at a residential home. I completed a full plumbing inspection and repaired the downstairs shower handle. I also assessed the basement toilet and determined it needs replacement. An estimate for the new toilet installation will be sent soon.
The visit showed what was the problem and will soon be resolved.
I had 3 furnaces that needed repair work done. I received an estimate, approved the work which was scheduled and Jack got the repairs done.
