Installation of a single-zone mini-split system to provide the sunroom with cooling and supplemental heating. Client will build a "wall" for us to mount a unit stand for the outdoor unit on the side of the deck. This will be to help prevent any water run-off damage. Client will also DIY electrical circuit for us, following code and pulling respectable permits needed.

Changed nozzle,adjusted co2 from 11.50 to 10.97.notice circulator did not come on right away call tech support and they recommend to change circulator they have had intermittent problems with taco 007E pumps. Will call with appointment to replace circulator .system is working now

Replacement of existing oil-fired furnace with new heat pump full electric system. No backup electric heat. System not designed for AC load based on knowledge of ductwork being uninsulated in wall cavities. Oil tank removed. System is undersized for home heating load due to limitation in equipment offering. We will construct a poured concrete pad for the unit stand to be placed on instead of our standard procedure.

Performed fall furnace maintenance on a Lennox SLP98V system. Inspected the heat exchanger, cleaned the burners, and checked the blower motor for wear. Replaced the air filter and tested the flame sensor for proper operation. After completing the tune-up, I ran the system to ensure it is operating safely and efficiently, preparing it for the cold weather ahead.
