His dedication to quality and craftsmanship has shaped the company’s reputation for excellence. When he's not ensuring top-notch service, Mark enjoys traveling the world and discovering new places. For Mark, what makes GSMS special is the incredible team behind the work, and he wants clients to know that GSMS always stands behind every job they do.

Zak has spent the last 13 years at GSMS, where he’s proud to carry on the family legacy in a career that challenges and excites him every day. After graduating from the UNH Peter T. Paul School of Business & Economics, Zak’s decision to return to GSMS became one of the best moves of his life. In his free time, he enjoys staying active by walking, running, gardening, raising chickens, and reading great mystery or business books. Zak is also deeply involved in his community, volunteering with the Swains Lake Association and leading GSMS’s We ❤️ Local campaign, where the company gives back to local causes.

Believing that “everything happens for a reason,” Zak is passionate about maintaining the strong, family-like culture at GSMS. He’s committed to ensuring that every client feels cared for, never neglected, and always supported—because, at GSMS, service isn’t just a promise; it’s personal.

With 6 years at GSMS, Jack has followed in his father’s footsteps as our Director of Service, bringing a love for mechanical devices and a knack for fixing things to the forefront of our team. His hands-on approach ensures that every job is done right, and his dedication to honesty defines his work. Outside of GSMS, Jack spends time with his girlfriend, enjoys dirt biking, motorcycle rides, and tackling new projects. A fan of all kinds of music and the history of Manchester, NH, Jack thrives on both challenges and continuous improvement. His guiding principle? “Someone’s gotta do it.”

With 30 years in the HVAC industry and 29 of those at GSMS, Adam brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence to his role as Director of Installation. Drawn to the trades by the diverse opportunities it offers, Adam ensures that every installation is done with future service in mind, making it easier for our technicians down the road. In his free time, Adam enjoys relaxing, watching movies, and spending time outdoors. Guided by the motto “keep on truckin’,” Adam values the good people he works with at GSMS and is proud of the high standards his team maintains in every project.

Quinn is a dedicated Installation Specialist who’s been making a difference at GSMS for two years. Drawn to the trades by his hands-on nature and love for working outdoors, Quinn brings energy and enthusiasm to every job. His commitment to excellence is guided by his motto: “always give 110% from the beginning of the day to the end of the day.”

When he’s not at work, you’ll find Quinn hitting the gym or enjoying a peaceful day of fishing. He values the supportive environment at GSMS, where great people are always willing to help him learn and grow. Quinn’s goal is to ensure that every client experiences top-notch service, as he and his team strive to be the best, well-prepared, and professional.

Gina may be relatively new to the HVAC world, but her enthusiasm and commitment shine through every day at GSMS. With a background in beauty and medical fields, she found her way to HVAC and has been a vital part of our team for two years. Gina’s role as a Client Experience Specialist is driven by her passion for providing honest, reliable service and embodying the core values of GSMS.

Outside of work, Gina loves spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved cat and bunny. She’s also a dedicated volunteer at the local animal shelter and finds joy in crafting beautiful wreaths. As the world’s biggest Britney Spears fan, Gina’s positive energy and fun-loving spirit contribute to the supportive, family-oriented culture at GSMS. She’s thrilled to be part of a team that values integrity and care as much as she does.

Qwentin is a dedicated Service Specialist with 1.5 years in the HVAC industry and a year at GSMS. His hands-on background, honed through working on dirt bikes, drives his enthusiasm for tackling technical challenges and delivering exceptional service. Outside of work, Qwentin stays active by going to the gym and riding dirt bikes.

Qwentin values the supportive and collaborative environment at GSMS, which he considers the best workplace he’s ever experienced. Known for his light-hearted, fun-loving nature, Qwentin is committed to providing high-quality work and treating each client with the care and respect they deserve.
